Q: Do you take dental insurance?
A: We accept all PPO insurance plans. We are in-network with Guardian PPO plans and out of network for all other insurance plans. For further questions, please contact our office. We’re happy to answer any concerns regarding your particular insurance. Our staff is committed to helping maximize your insurance benefits. If we have received all of your current insurance information, we will gladly file your claim for you. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only provide coverage estimates and cannot guarantee coverage. Please note that no insurance covers 100 percent of all procedures and most insurance plans have a maximum limit of $1500 per year.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Please also consider deductibles and co-pays for your visit. You can count on our team to file insurance paperwork for you to ensure that your benefits are maximized and your experience is hassle-free.

A: We have an in-house membership plan called PRIME YOU plan aimed at providing care for uninsured patients. Please call the office to know more about this plan.
